I tried one of these once and ordered my own immediately. It seems to work like the spinal decompression machines that chiropractors advertise and really relaxes your back, immediately. The people who’s machine I used were raving about it and said it really helped their back pain. There are lots of videos on the manufacturers website that explain how it works at [...] which someone might want to watch before ordering.

I thought I could shave a few days off the ordering time and order it direcly from a Brookstone outlet – HUGE MISTAKE – it’s been 10 days and a nightmare of calling every three to five days (which is ‘how long it takes to get it in’) to be told they have no idea where it is, maybe they sold it already…save yourself the grief and order it on-line. The manufacturer throws in a free foam pillow, but they charge shipping. Brookstone has ‘free shipping’ although good luck actually getting it.

Returned but reordered
I bought this machine and used it for 30 days during which my back pain disappeared. But, being concerned about their being no warranty, I decided to return it and see if stretching exercises would keep the back pain away. It didn’t. I am now about to reorder because my back is killing me again!
